Withdrawal of funds above defined thresholds requires completion of KYC verification. pkrwin may request additional documentation at any time including CNIC copies, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. pkrwin reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC completion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pkrwin account credentials. pkrwin will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Specific obligations include:
pkrwin accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. Any activity conducted using valid account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by the account holder unless reported immediately to pkrwin support.
All deposits on pkrwin are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkrwin accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Supported methods are displayed in your account dashboard and may change from time to time.

Either party may close a pkrwin account. You may close your account at any time by contacting pkrwin support via live chat. pkrwin may close or suspend an account at any time with or without notice in circumstances including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, evidence of fraud or money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, or protection of the integrity of the platform.
On account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to any outstanding security review or legal hold.
